Começámos domingo de manhã pela La Rambla, a avenida mais conhecida de Barcelona, visto que atravessa a cidade. Dividida por zonas de comércio e interesse cultural. Vale a pena ir do início ao fim.

Passámos pela La Boqueria, famoso mercado, mas como era domingo estava fechado.
La Rambla está sempre cheia de turistas de manhã até altas horas da noite, por isso é o ponto preferido para as inúmeras bancas de flores e artistas vários (desde mimos, músicos a homens estátua).
We pass by the famous market La Boqueria, but was closed as it was Sunday.
La Rambla is always full of tourists from morning until late at night and that's why it's the preferred point for the many flower stalls and various artists (from mimes, musicians to man statue).
Our favorite was Mr. White, not name, but color, sitting on a white toilet, reading a book that, as would be expected, was white. At the sound of coins thanked with a big and painful "sound" followed by an expression of relief.
We left the best for last, the Holy Family. No visit to Barcelona is complete without a visit to see this cathedral, the masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí, the maximum exponent of Catalan Modernism.

Quando estiver concluída, a Sagrada Família de Barcelona terá 18 torres: 12 dedicadas aos apóstolos, 4 aos evangelistas, 1 a Jesus e outra a Maria.

O contraste entre o exterior e o interior é avassalador. Logo para entrar deparamos com uma porta com um relevo brutal... As inovadoras colunas e o espaço amplo e luminoso com um coro que estima-se levar 1500 cantores, 700 crianças e cinco órgãos. O altar e os vitrais atrás deste fascinaram-me muito mais que o exterior.
The contrast between the exterior and the interior is overwhelming. Soon to come come across a door with a brutal relief...
